What made you choose to participate in Warrior Being? What is the significant breakthrough you have had because of Warrior Being? What was the specific TOOL or teaching that you applied to achieve this breakthrough? What actually changed in your life (before and after)?

I came to Warrior looking to be fixed after the "failure" of three serious relationships, and a lifetime of wondering what was so wrong with me that I could not lead the life I so desired. I came into it skeptical, resigned that it would do nothing for me and that yet again I was wasting my time, and this time perhaps getting myself into a dangerous situation.

The attitude I came into Warrior with I eventually learned was the way I approached all aspects of my life - being judgmental and fearful. The implications of this attitude were that I constantly escaped from living and experiencing life by creating stories and dramas to "protect" myself from facing the outcomes I feared the most. What I didn't realise was that I was manifesting those very outcomes by trying to "protect" myself with my yarns and dramas - be it loneliness, a break-up, failing an exam or not getting past an interview for a job or scholarship. This was my biggest breakthrough in Warrior - the realisation that I am responsible for everything that takes place in my life - not God, not my parents, not my teachers, not my partners past or present, not my friends - I alone am the director of my life. I cannot attribute this realisation to one tool or to one person...being in Warrior, consistently having authentic conversations, drawing upon members of the community when I felt lost and practicing the various tools shared with us are the reason I came to this realisation...Warrior is not a magic pill or instant solution to your problems - it is the choice to live powerfully and takes both patience and practice to master. I have fallen and escaped several times...but the truth is that on the journey to greatness, one will fall...sometimes several times...but it is you who chooses to pick yourself up and continue living powerfully, and that is the choice I have made. My fears still exist...but I no longer have to make them my reality, I have the choice to succumb to them or to acknowledge them and then let go and continue on with my life.

	Profession: Medical Scientist

	Cultural/Religious background: South American

What made you choose to participate in Warrior Being? I have always been curious about the world and how things work. I love to learn new things. I saw this program as an opportunity to learn about myself and how we as humans "work." I was at a point in my life where i was dissatisfied with where i was and thought that surely there must be MORE out there. That i could get more out of life. The warrior being program seemed like the perfect place to learn and put new things into place in my life.

"What is the significant breakthrough you have had because of Warrior Being? What was the specific TOOL or teaching that you applied to achieve this breakthrough? What actually changed in your life (before and after)?" The way i view my life has completely changed. I am more aware of what is actually going on around me and who i am being in a particular moment- how i am choosing to act. I have also realised that i can have a huge impact in other people's lives. One of the exercises we undertook in the program, having to have a vegan diet for a period of time made a big impact as to my awareness of what i eat and drink, but that also extended to all other aspects of my life. Before, i used to blame others all the time for how they treated me or acted towards me- they way they were had nothing to do with me. But now i realise that i can take responsibility and have the power to influence the world around me, and that how i am towards those i interact with has a direct effect on how they am towards me and the relationship i have with them.

What did you get out of being in the program?

A great community of inspiring individuals that found compassion and honesty with each other.

I got that i've made my life so complicated and that it was this story that I held onto so tightly that limited me in every moment. I got that there is a different way to living and that it is only through my choice to change that makes the difference. I got that taking responsibility for myself has the most potency for living a truly magnificent life.

The warrior being program gave me powerful tools week by week that broke down old habit patterns, that expanded my self awareness and allowed me to see the stuff that I turn away from in my life that I know I need to face. I gained a family of like minded people that shared openly, love and support me, even after the course, to live my fullest potential and expression.

I got to witness a great teacher in Sonny who is strong, engaging and a powerful mentor that expresses great wisdom, honesty and compassion.

What difference has it made in your life?

Career - I have seen my potential as a teacher and developed confidence and insight to choose boldly my desired career path.

Relationship - I have learnt a lot about my relationship with myself and the power of becoming present to the needs of others by really listening and having honesty and acceptance rather than judgements allows the other person to shine. In relation to my intimate relationship, this has been the most challenging for me and I avoided some of the processes that were asked of us during the program. I have seen my avoidance as fear of commitment and have been facing these fears by creating a more loving and honest connection with my partner.

Family - I see my children as great sources of inspiration and have deepened my connection with them as a result of the program. I am able to see the greatness in each of my family members and have much more respect and openness with them. I am able to accept the things that I cannot change.

Finance - The warrior being program has given me a great insight into the value of planning and seeing money from a different point of view. I have a sense of more control over my finances and feel confident with the plan I have put in place.

Dreams - The program has allowed me freedom to explore my dreams and to see a clearer connection to my current reality. It has opened me up to expanding my horizons and be courageous in pursuing them with confidence. It is reassuring to have the support of the other Warriors along the way.

Health - My health has always been important to me and I value it greatly. The early part of the program allowed me to see where I was using some things as escapes from living in my own power. By taking away some of the comforts I was able to regain confidence in making the right choices for the right reasons.

Did you achieve the promises of the program?

I took myself to the edge...sometimes I jumped and other times I stepped back, but when I jumped , I gained confidence in my ability to jump again.

I didn't achieve all the promises of the program. Not because of the program itself, but because I didn't do what was asked of me. I have dedicated myself to taking on the challenges that I didn't complete as a personal challenge, because as a warrior I understand the power of facing my fears.

What worked well in the program?

The retreats worked best for me as they allowed a deeper immersion of the practices. They also took me away from my daily environment where there are so many distractions.

	The morning practice and reflections.

	The weekly challenges.

	The mind map

The group sharing and insights of fellow warriors

Thank you Sonny for inspiring us with your own stories and experience. Your ability to see us and our greatness. Thank you for your passion and determination in creating value to life on this planet. Thank you for your commitment to each of us as individuals and extending yourself beyond what any of us could have imagined. Your power and compassion has inspired me to live my life with greatness. I am honoured to call you my teacher.

	Yoga Teacher

	My Warrior Declaration:

I am committed to being the cause of...

Honouring the greatness of life with all living creatures and allowing honesty, freedom and self expression.

To own my own power and help others do the same. To support humanity in living life with compassion and love with acceptance, respect and trust.

What did you get out of being in the program?

What I got out of the Warrior being program is the real Joy of Being with my family, My awareness to the real inner greatness of me and others around me without judgements and to experience true depths of unconditional Love.

What difference has it made in your life?

I will never be the same again in the way I look at life, at people, and to the whole planet. This has given me access to be joyful, powerful, committed, and courageous throughout life without any hesitations

Career: Discipline in which direction I want to head, instead of working just to make a living, now I want to work hard to make a change in this planet cause now I realise that We still can make a change to save ourselves and our planet.

Relationships : The depths of unconditional love which our children lay trust on us

Family: To be present to why it is so that we have chosen to have the great family we have right now to teach us the way of life and lead us to this great path that we know now, and to know that they support us along the way. Now I have a family to enjoy

Finances: How to deal with them head on and to stop running away from the fear that is attached to it.

Dreams: Believe and make them come true if you pay attention to them, dreams get given to you for a reason and its up to you to chase them and make them happen.

Health: What world we live in, and that we can really heal our own lives if we are committed to doing that. And I can now say that I AM COMMITTED

Did you achieve the promises of the program?

All of the contents that were focused on the full human context of Body, Mind, Emotion, Expression and Spirit were achieved.

What worked well in the program?

Retreats were fantastic, very insightful, joyous, challenging and well into great depths

	What did not work well?

When it came to missing out classes due to work commitments, missed out on too much and the catch-ups or notes from others were just not enough information. Recording lessons might be a suggestion.

Will you be recommending this program to anyone? If so, who?

Yes, definitely and I would recommend it to anyone already involved in some personal development or that has an openly commited mind to complete the programme

How would you rate your level of satisfaction with the program?

	Great!!!

How would you rate your level of satisfaction with the Facilitator of this program?

Outstanding, Sonny over showed commitment to every single warrior

	Any other Comments or Feedback?

Sonny done a fantastic job in facilitating this programme, however he cannot do everything for everyone. Sure he is a warrior and he must also ask for help from others to contribute. Doing a whole retreat by himself is way too much work for one person and I suggest other parties have to be bought in to help out with meditations just to give him a break

What did you get out of being in the program?

I got an authentic perspective of my life and got in touch with my deepest fears and dreams. Now, my journey is to act on my dreams – I know I can, the Warrior Being program taught me this.

What difference has it made in your life?

I have never met another community from different backgrounds and passions to unite forming this bedrock of love – with a commitment to get past ourselves and our human frailties to rise and walk the path of the many legendary leaders who have walked, are walking and will walk the journey of man.

I now walk with a mirror – constantly being reminded of the moments when I am not living my deepest desires and commitments. I choose to acknowledge them at times, AND ignore them many times. I certainly have done this before, but now, it has become a difficult act to keep up.

It is hard to keep doing things once one is aware of its falsehood. I am aware now, and am sure this awareness will grow. With this awareness, my commitment is to grow my strength to stay on the path of my destiny – to write my life story – one I will look back on with Pride.

	Career

There are many flaws I have seen in my work. I have been aware of the kind of mistakes I have made but somehow, always expected to be given the recognition.

Through the Warrior Being program, I have seen what it is to be a man – a responsible man- a responsible contribution to my work place. I am now actively taking the actions that are befitting of being a responsible man at work.

I can now see that the respect of my peers and bosses will find their way to me when I am true to my commitments.

	Relationships

I am more successful as a brother, son, Godfather, friend, student, teacher and boyfriend. My relationships matter now, every one of them. The commitment I have is to hold myself and my actions in honour of those relationships.

	Family

LOVE! I am very present to the little expressions of love in the day-to-day actions of my family. Things I used to take for granted are now precious. I have started honouring my mother’s and father’s wishes with no other reason than it is what I want and can do. I LOVE MY LIFE!!!!

	Finances

This is one of my weak areas but I am now clear that any of my financial problems came about because of my disrespecting it. This awareness has caused a shift in actions and as a consequence, an improving financial standing.

	Dreams

They are ALL ALIVE! NOW I can see and am always seeking paths to make my dreams reality.

	Health

My health has improved. It has been something that I have struggled with for a long time. I have improved my fitness and am on my way toward sculpting the physique I am proud off!

Did you achieve the promises of the program?

I have and am keeping them alive and that is the challenge. To keep doing it.

What worked well in the program?

Sonny, the team, the retreats, the challenges, the U challenge – SO MANY!

	What did not work well?

Unstructured approach perhaps, but that could have further added to the awesomeness of the experience. Accountability is an area that we could have structures around.

What would you like to see in future programs?

More Warriors and greater physical challenges; including more of extended family into the programs.

Will you be recommending this program to anyone? If so, who?

	Of course! Everyone!

How would you rate your level of satisfaction with the program?

	Outstanding, the best ever!

It amazes me of the extent to which I set out to sabotage myself.

However, I know – that through the Warrior Being program and the mentorship of my mentor, brother, friend – Sonny Navaratnam, and other mentors throughout my life, I will walk my path to my destiny.

I do not say this enough: THANK YOU SONNY. THANK YOU WARRIORS!

	Warrior Being June 2010

What did you get out of being in the program?

The warrior being program has had a monumental impact on my life.

What difference has it made in your life?

The warrior being program is a holistic approach which increased my consciousness around diet, exercise, thoughts, words and actions by simple to execute weekly activities, challenges and retreats. The group activities and one on one activities with others in the group were beneficial and as a result I have found a network of incredible human beings which will no doubt form life long partnerships.

	Career

I have grown as a leader in Finance and have come leaps and bounds in my career. I have led projects successfully and have recently been offered a regional project role all of which has been made possible with the Warrior Being program. A year ago I had difficult relationships with my employees and office politics, gossip and rumours where paramount. I have been able to actively address key issues and concerns. I have had the privilege of coaching and mentoring my team members and seeing them rise to new heights and increase their productivity and engagement.

	Relationships

I have learnt about relationships and the power I have in everything I do. My courage has been taken to another level and my success as a mother, wife, daughter and leader in a Global technology organisation has been expedited through the Warrior Being Program.

	Family

I have grown into a warrior being, and have brought love into relationships, confidence and trust in myself and in others. My relationship with my husband has transformed and strengthened to a new level.

Being with my daughter and feeling our relationship take on another level has been so fulfilling.

Sharing my dreams with my family was amazing.

	Finances

I have made commitments in the area of finances. My approach has been holistic. I am confident that I can see these through.

	Dreams

The mindmapping exercise was incredible for me to find out what it is that my heart aches for, what I am passionate about and how I get there.

	Health

My focus on my health has accentuated. I am now conscious of what I eat, what goes into my body. I have learnt to cherish and relish each bite! I had been struggling with my weight since falling pregnant. Since being on the program I have lost close to 15kgs and feel better than ever.

Did you achieve the promises of the program?

If the promises of the program were to stretch inside out, outside in, then Yes I have achieved the promises of the program

What worked well in the program?

The group activities, the buddy system, the retreats, the U, the letters the list goes on and on.

What did you get out of being in the program?

To know myself to be a unique contribution to the perfection of the universe!

What difference has it made in your life?

The greatest difference i now feel is that i am actually taking actions towards the creation of my dreams! I have always been a keen daydreamer and have lots and lots of ideas. But my frustration was that i could never seem to create anything and always gave up so easily and felt it was all too hard. During the program i was still constantly challenged by these old stories but it was great that i was more aware of them. This allowed me to have more control over my choices instead of just being lost in habitual patterns. Will never believe anyone who says i cannot achieve my dreams ever again! I also feel a sense of relief because i know i have been living most of my life for me and now i have a deep desire to really contribute to the evolution of the whole world. I feel almost like i have given up my life and instead am led by divine guidance towards my destiny. I see my career, purpose and passion all merging into one! I really sense that my life up to now has not been by chance but it all part of a divine process.

I no longer commit to things that i really have no deep connection to just because i feel obliged to do them. I have learnt to truly listen to my own body and cultivate self-love. I understand the vast impact of settling for anything less than my greatest expression. I have been ignorant to this all my life, thinking that there will always be others playing big and that it was ok for me to not be as great as them. I now realise that my contribution is just as important and without me the world would be less than its desired expression.

I also see my connection with all other living creatures. I realise and fully accept my responsibility in taking on the problems of the planet. I no longer need to feel overwhelmed, insignificant or helpless when i see social issues that call to me. I can feel the pain of the planet without resistance, i can truly BE with nature and all that is. The work with nature has also re-kindled a deep love and joy i experienced in my childhood and i now consciously seek the healing and peace that only communion with nature can provide. I understand the meaning of being honourable and having reverence for all living things. I feel humble and blessed to walk this planet and commit to living as a powerful conscious warrior, to be the cause of a vital Earth!

I have seen firsthand the power of community. How a group of people who were complete strangers to me 10months ago can mean as much to me as people i have spent a lifetime with. I am so grateful to my warrior family! I cannot express in words what it feels like to have such a group who you know genuinely want you to live your dreams – and will not stop until you do! I have never experienced anything like it!!

I am the cause of being a powerful, conscious warrior. I am the cause of being the eternal explorer and know myself as the artist of my life!

I learnt how to be my true authentic self, to appreciate and love who I am. To trust, love and accept others for the magnificent beauty that they truly are. To deeply connect with others and myself making my relationships richer and something beyond words. I have found what I am truly passionate about, finding my purpose in life and gaining a sense of peace and wholeness

Before the program I found it hard to connect in relationships and myself and was never able to get close to people. I have now the freedom to truly love and express myself freely. I felt so disconnected and now my relationship with my boyfriend is so much richer and found a deeper level of connecting, being open and honest through conversations making a much happier relationship. I also seem to be able to connect better with friends and work colleges.

I am able to have deep conversations and connections with my family members. I have a better understanding and am able to see their uniqueness and their true beauty.

From a person that had no dreams and couldn’t dream to now having big dreams and putting them into action. I got much more out of The Warrior Being program than I thought. I found myself and that is invaluable. Thanks to the honesty, integrity, love and support of the whole group. We worked together as one, keeping each other accountable and kept the class going strong until the end.

What difference has it made in your life?

Career - I started and ended a partnership in a holistic living business that I loved and put my whole heart and vision into. I let go of the business because my vision grew out of the box that I had created, and now that I have let the business go I have stepped fully into my power and trust that I can generate my future through doing what I love best "teaching".

Relationship - My relationship has grown and matured in ways I can’t even describe in words. My husband Cairo who I love so deeply for so many different reasons has been one of my greatest teachers throughout this course. We have endured all the pain and gain that this unique journey has to offer. Our relationship has raised the bar as far as honoring, honesty and open conversations. We have had major self-discovery of the impact of our relationship with each other and in the world. We take time out together to honor and add to deepening our connection of our experiences in life. We take conscious time out to be completely present to the other as to receive each other fully. We support each other when we are down and when we are up. Our level of awareness of each other has grown ten fold.

Family - I have such a different way of relating to my family now. I just see their light. It is very hard to see anything other then their unique contribution to my life and the glorious individuals they are. I have learned what it is to be present for them and have no judgement cloud my thoughts. I can have strait conversations with them about how they are relating for me and how much that I love them. There has been a lot of crying and laughing. I love and cherish my family much more being away from them and understand who I am through experiencing them. I often say that my sister has been one of the most impactful people in my life. She has shown me so much about myself through the way I have related to her throughout my life. My sister and I have never been closer in our relationship then we are today.

Finance - I have been slowly making more money and taking on more responsibility for my career and clients in my life. My dreams and visions have grown in this area and I am very exited to see what the future holds as I am currently in transition to taking on teaching seriously in my life in adjunction to my one on ones with clients whom I have now.

Dreams - Have never been closer and more atonable then ever in my life. I am living the dream right now and I am powering forward. Everything that I could ever want is sitting in front of me just waiting for me too claim it.

Health - My health has wavered throughout the course. I feel differently about what I see health is really about. My mind set has altered, and I am still learning how to accept myself completely as far as my physical appearance and where I am stuck in my head about what is healthy and what is not. I move from place to place looking more from the inside out rather then the outside in. One thing I do know for sure is that I am always healthier as I am happier in what I am up to in life and how I am experiencing it. My physical worries just seem to disappear when I am in a loving state.

What worked well in the program?

What I benefited the most from this program was the couples exercises, the self reflection tools, group work, the U process, food restrictions and warrior prayer, the breaking of the bowl, mind mapping, one on one discussion with Sonny.

I enjoyed being in nature and the workshops seemed to speed up the process of self-discovery of the material covered and relationship to myself.

The business work has helped me tremendously as far as clarity and knowledge around running and creating working relationships and a successful business venture.

How would you rate your level of satisfaction with the program?

	Outstanding!

What an amazing adventure I am so happy to have had this opportunity and I am still experiencing the benefits of this program and am more exited then ever to be continuing and strengthening this amazing group of people, and our big amazing dreams. I feel very confident in our group to making the most wonderful impacts the world has yet to experience in it’s fullness.

Thank you Sonny for your incredible offerings to the world may they live out through us. This is just the beginning to the amazing. You are such a delight to have been an ongoing figure of limitless possibility for me in my life. I asked at age 23 to travel and study with all the great masters of the world and some how I found you! Thanks to my amazing husband that is. You are truly a gift thank you for giving it so freely. I am ready to rock the world with you and to share of myself and pass down the tools of an amazing man who’s done the time and created such remarkable work that can reach the masses where ever they are at.

Through the Warrior Being Program I have witnessed the possibility of my own personal greatness. I have learnt what it is to be human and rejoice in the experience of every situation, I now know that fear and pain play a part just as important as joy and love in this wonderful game of life.

I have experienced a reality of a life rich with energizing supportive and generative relationships both in my own personal life as well as the ‘warrior community’.

I have challenged my own limitations and confronted my greatest fears to learn that I am the creator of my own experience, with knowing this I have gained the power to enrich my life and the lives of the people around me in ways never before imaginable.

As a result of this program my career has taken a shift from merely doing the job to get it done, to doing the job with the constant focus on how I can do it better, and with a richer contribution.

I have learnt what it is to honour and respect the people in my life without judgement and with acceptance. In My life the greatest treasures have become the relationships I keep and the honest ways in which we are learning to communicate. My dear friends have become a close knit family community just through the actions of my being. I believe that the single biggest legacy I can leave behind in this world is the legacy of honest conversations.

My Family has always being a tough conversation for me. The Warrior Being programme has paved ways for me to confront my fears and judgements and ultimately release the deep hurt surrounding our circumstances. With this I have been able to also empower my sister in a similar way, where she is no longer confronted by this pain on a daily basis.

During the procession of program, I have learnt to take responsibility for my actions, and create ways of mending. I have taken responsibility for my financial debts and paid them off! My debt was a great point of denial and the clearing of it was unimaginable at the start of the program. I have learnt to respect money, and can confidently state that there is no risk in me falling into fruitless financial debt ever again.

“I have a dream” Nelson Mandela. I have never grown up to have dreams only wants. Dreaming was foolish if you did not have the actualizing potential to make a difference in the world. I am now one of those people, I realize for myself the potential for great possibilities, and although sometimes the human in me stands tall and insists failure I am also able to recognize the fear and keep on walking towards those dreams and creations. My dream is to empower the people of this world and to bring people together to be free and expressive – this is becoming alive in my world in many ways.

A healthy mind needs a healthy body. With the food requirements of the program in the beginning, it had sent me off on a journey to learn much with regards to healthy eating. I have even learnt to cook!

The Warrior Being Program has effectively changed my life and my entire outlook on the world. I have let go of the hardest heart braking pain of a bad relationship which plagued my every thought and gave me the realisation of the greatness that he was as well as the wisdom to understand that the entire experience was nothing short of a great gift. I live my life based on authentic conversations and insist on nothing less from the closest people in my life – this alone I would have paid millions for.

I have been enriched by this program so much that I have dedicated myself to be a front seat advocate and expand the teachings out onto the world in other directions to empower and enrich the lives of many more people.

My warrior journey has transformed my life beyond words can adequately describe, but being a warrior who has enormous gratitude for my beloved teacher Sonny I will do my level best to articulate the riches this awesome Warrior being journey has blessed me with.

First and foremost the fundamental difference which makes this program stand head and shoulders above the rest (and I have done most of them) is the WARRIOR COMMUNITY!

This is the first program I have done that fully embraced the entire journey with oneness, the profound love, trust, support and kinship developed within our warrior community is deeper than most families I know and it is defiantly what got me over the line when challenged by my ego to toss in the towel!

What would I say I have gained from doing this remarkable program? Nothing short of my life!

I have embrace my power which I have been hiding from for most of the 47 years I’ve been on this earth and I love and honour myself for the unique gift I am in this world

I have been promoted three times in the last 6 months and now earn 2 and a half times more money a week than I was making when I commenced the program in June 2009!

I have opened my heart and emptied my bowl and written acknowledgment letters to the people I had the most challenging relationships with and as a direct result this has enabled me to restored loving relationships with my parents and EX husband..... Prior to doing Warrior this was not even a possibility! During the warrior Journey I have been:

 Stretched

 Challenged

 Exposed

 Unconditionally loved

 Supported

 Acknowledged

 Fully seen

 Inspired

 Scared

 Courageous

100% committed every week + 1 weekend a month for the past year!

Taught to empty my bowl and live from love

Lift my sights to take a bigger view of the world and my contribution to it

Cried and laughed consistently more than I ever have in a 12 month period

I feel the depth of my emotions from the pit of grief to the pure bliss of my loving essence!

I have awoken fully to the loving joy of myself and my life

I have created a business platform and actually produced a product with more to come as my creation rolls out.

I am so honoured to have walked this journey with my fellow warriors and our extraordinary teacher Sonny and it makes it all the more meaningful sharing the collective riches of personal blossoming with this courageous and beautiful collection of warrior beings.

Love, Blessings and Thanks to you Sonny and my Beautiful Warrior Family!

For who I now know myself to be I am more grateful than words can convey. Through the practices within the Warrior Being program and the guidance of my fellow warriors I have soared to new heights of potency and depths of truth. Unshackled from the disabling ravages of fear I have come to know myself as a creator…and I have created!

When I look back to the beginning of this program I see a man waiting for purpose to show its face, unable to truly respect or love myself and, therefore, the world. My lofty dreams taunted me as I lacked the courage to live them.

Urged on by the constant warrior’s calling to live courageously I have transformed my life and am experiencing my place in transforming the world! Outward signs of this include:

Changing my career to one of my dreams. I am now a teacher of theatre, geography, society and culture with students from 6 to 18 years old.

I have tripled the size of my youth theatre company.

I have significantly increased my income.

I am directing a production with over 60 performers aged 6 through to 65 that is headlining a large-scale festival.

I have founded a youth activist organisation called From the Heart that has active projects in the areas of social justice, environmental sustainability and consciousness development.

At the same time my relationships with my family, specifically my parents and grandparents are greatly enriched with new levels of honesty and intimacy. And the love I share with my wife, a fellow warrior, has deepened beyond imagination and we are having more fun than ever.

The friendships I have built over this course will last forever. For the first time I am part of a true community that is all for one and one for all!

If you want to live the life of your dreams and are ready for the ride of your life then Warrior Being could be for you. Be warned – your life will never be the same again!

	With great love and gratitude,

I am so grateful to my phenomenal teacher Sonny and my 16 fellow warriors without which this journey would not have been so amazing and so inspiring.

From the start, this programme had me making some tough choices and had i known then, what i know now, i wonder if my choices would have been different.

I am a Warrior and the depth of that word and the commitment behind it is nothing short of extraordinary.

I feel so proud to be able to actually say that i am a Warrior.

Just to name a few, I could go on.

This course has really taught me to drop my stupid righteousness that i held on so tightly to for so long, and thought that it was the powerful strong way to be.

It has taught me to be aware of my ego and see how much it was controlling my life and the way i thought.

It has shown me how to be compassionate to others and to feel, to really feel what others are going through. So much so that now i am so aware of the greatness in others. I always thought that i was kind and nice but i never really could see the greatness, the magnificence in all human beings. I really get that now.

I am now able to be a stand for everyone that touches me, and all of those that are a part of my life now. I am ready to be strong and courageous. Even when i am terrified i wont BE that terror, i can now step into a courageous place and walk into whatever life throws at me.

Don't get me wrong i still make big mistakes and sometimes i even watch myself making them and think i really shouldn't be saying/doing this but i still do. At least now i am conscious of them, and after i can say oops, i really didn't like who i was then and make sure i don't do that again.

I feel so blessed to have been on such a fantastic trip. The best trip of my life!

	Sonny is magic.

Thank you from the depths of my soul. You have opened my eyes and my heart. I cant wait to love again for you have given me the tools to make it work this time and make my life all that it can be, so that i can share my wonderful life with someone else. Level 1 (2010): If someone had told me that this program would enable me to be in a committed relationship after being a single mum for 12 years I would not have believed them. If someone had told me that I would not feel alone after a lifetime of 'surviving' one rejection and abandonment after another I would have doubted any program could work that deep. Pure unconditional kindness is what I experienced of people. There was this level of contribution given and received which was mind blowing, reality altering and paradigm shifting. Oh and I kind of discovered I am like super woman; I can and I will do whatever I dream of. I have always talked about creating a business, well I did it! I feel alive and not needing to live vicariously through someone else’s stories watching movies and reading books like I used to. Being the author and creator of my own life story is much more exciting!

I recommend Warrior Being to anyone willing to meet their true selves and experience their gift to impact the world. My all time favourite movie “Little Lord Fauntleroy” where the Mother steals the show; she says “The world should always be a little better because one has lived” and that is what I would sum up as being the opportunity for people who join Warrior Being (except in the case of the Warriors, scrap the word “little”).

Level 2 (2011): I volunteered to assist someone launch a new project because I was inspired to contribute to women's lives. It was left it in my hands a few weeks before the d-date and I was wondering how I was going to do it alone. The experience of my past, of being 'abandoned' arose again and right in that moment I saw I had a choice for a new future. I decided to give up judgements and making anyone wrong (ie I put into practice one of the core values of Warrior Being; that of unconditional ACCEPTANCE.) The fork in the road choice was obvious to me. I could be the person I had always been when challenges arise; to play the game of a poor-me victim who keeps 'failing' in life & having someone else to blame for that....OR....to choose a new game to play where I didn't know the outcome, but could give 100% to being more than I thought I could ever be with a Warrior's courage to face the unknown. Because of taking this new path, my fundamental view of myself transformed from an assistant/participant to a talented LEADER who makes a massive difference for people.

Thank you to the Warrior community; all amazing beings who believe in me as greater than I saw myself. This is priceless and not available anywhere else that I have ever experienced.

The Warrior Being program is an extraordinary journey, unlike any other program I have encountered.. Most personal development progams operate in the space of mind. This is the space we are used to operating from in our culture. Warrior Being also operates from the space of spirit and emotion. The three interweaving approaches have provided me with a personal peace of mind and an expanded framework for relationships.

What had me participate in Warrior Being?

This is a program of choice. You are invited to attend. If you do not you will still be a wonderful human being. If you choose to participate you can do so at whatever level you choose. You can play full out or you can wallow in your human-ness until you are ready. You will not be made wrong, just loved for who you are. It is far more rewarding to join a program and find your motivation from within than to drag yourself in the hope of being fixed. This is the freedom offered by Warrior Being. This is This

	What was my biggest breakthrough?

This year I co-facilitated the weekend retreat “Warrior Man” - Cairo and I generated it from scratch. A year ago this would have been the last thing I would have imagined myself doing but there was no steeling myself, no forced enthusiasm, just an awakening that it was called for and I was in the right place at the right time. From then on it seemed easy. I think all callings are like this – they arise from within, not created by an ego screaming for recognition or redemption. Warrior Being has given me tools to listen carefully to what goes on inside; to hear who I really am.

What did you get out of being in the program?

What I got from the program? I ask myself this question, and there is so much that I have realised about myself, others and my life. This program challenged every part of what I “thought” I was. The journey seemed to be longer than 10 months. This is now a life journey, a journey of discovering my true self. It has made a difference to everyday life. I wake up wanting to experience the day, instead of sleeping in till the afternoon. Before the program, I was heavily into drugs and alcohol. I thought that was it - drugs, meaningless job, and alcohol. I can safely say that that the reality I was living was an illusion, I didn’t know what I was missing out on, until I began this program. There was a life I was not living. I entered the truth of my reality. I experience joy every single day and I feel I can not relate to the drug world anymore. It is the most relieving feeling.

I realised that I am the only person who is responsible for my life. I would blame everyone but myself. At the completion of the program a new view of life emerged. Life to me is now important. My family and loved ones are number 1. on my list of importance. The exercises, challenges and daily practices expanded my mind and heart to a world of infinite possibilities. The only person that was holding me back was myself. I am now true to who I am.

I have learnt how to truly love people. I spent most of my life in this illusion, where I would keep my mouth shut to avoid hurting people. As a consequence, the truth would never emerge.

I now live in the world of possibility and when I don’t, I have a team of warriors and a teacher supporting me every step of the way. I would have never finished that line without them
Every single student in the program has made a difference to my life from speaking the truth to kicking me the arse. I have a deep love for all students. It is unbelievable to watch how courageous human beings can be. They are an inspiration to me. Last but not least, my teacher. He has taught me the most important lesson of all, to be who I am. From the late night phone calls to the full days of conversations, I have never experienced such humility, compassion and love for human beings.

What difference has it made in your life?

	Career

I have clarity in my career. I have realised the importance of purpose, passions and dreams. My career is now based around what my heart wants. My career is now based on contribution and making a difference to children on this earth.

	Relationships

My relationships with men have dramatically changed. The way I would view myself would impact my partners. One I woke up, realised that I respect myself and as an effect I began to respect the men that came and gone in my life. My relationships in past are now at a great place filled with love and gratitude for the other.

The relationship with my family has made a difference. Especially with my mother, I met her for the first time. She is a wonderful, beautiful and amazing woman. Our relationship was diopolical before this program. It was filled with deceit, hatred and anger. In this present moment, I can safely say that our relationship is filled with respect, love, and serenity. It is a beautiful thing.

	Family

I have realised that my family are important. I have recently been treating them like they are nothing, and resulting in conflict. I held NO responsibility for it. At the completion of the program I have had conversations with my Mum and as s consequence, my mum and I are talking honestly and sharing. I still need to have conversations but the journey of the flourishing this relationship has only just started. I am responsible for my family. I am responsible for my actions.

My existence on this earth is because of my parents. I have eternal gratitude for their existence. They are my creators. I could of not ask for such amazing parents. I would not be the courageous woman that I am, without my mum and dad.

	Finance

My view of money has shifted. I am a student and I am at a place where I have enough learning to create money and not be afraid of it. We have learnt certain disciplines which has completely shifted the value of money.

	Dreams

When I first started the program, I was studying business. My future was working as a legal sectary then a lawyer earning a huge amount of money then partying every weekend. I really believed that’s what I was going to do. I had dreams but I couldn’t live it out due to my own frame of mind. I felt unworthy to fulfil them, I felt I was not smart enough, not old enough etc. That all changed when completing this program. I experienced a glimpse of what I would like to create. My dream is to empower children by allowing them to experience the joys of dance. My dream is to make a difference to early childhood education.

I am now studying a children’s services course and I am completely in love with it. It brings me joy every single day. I feel extremely grateful to have discovered this at a young age. I am 20 and already I know what I want to do. WOW, what a gift this program has been. I will be eternally grateful for this program, my fellow warrior students and my teacher.

	Health

My view of health has shifted. However, it is still a challenge for me to breakthrough my stories of health. At the completion of the program, I have the courage to face and confront my fears about health. Health has been something that I avoid or run away from. Health is now something that is important to me. Health is mind, body and spirit. When I signed up for the program, health was about being a certain weight and ‘looking fit’. Health is a struggle that I have faced ever since I was a teenager. When facing the stories about my health, I am learning so much about who I am and who I am not. It is one amazing journey to travel. However, it is the support that got me across that finish line.

Did you achieve the promises of the program?

To be honest, I never really researched what the promises were. I attended Sonny’s Monday classes and heard about the program and just decided to just do it. Although, promises were made during the program and they were definitely achieved.

A promise that has been burned into my scull was that in this program you confront oneself. This program definitely confronts who you think you are. It confronted every single thought, every single behaviour. It was challenging but inspiring.

To be on this journey with 17 other warrior students was a blessing. To witness those who I love have breakthroughs, breakdowns, realisations and having the courage to continue this journey is something that is indescribable. This program has developed into a family, a family that stands for every other student, a family that unconditionally supports you and most importantly a family who will always be by your side. These human beings are as I put it my second family.

What worked well in the program?

I found that the daily practices and weekly challenges marvellous. In saying that, the support of the group was the real difference. Without the consist support, I wouldn’t of crossed that finish line. I loved how Sonny just went it, there was a structure initially, but as the journey continues he altered the program to suit our growth and development in the program.

The one-to-one conversations were inspirational, confronting and challenging. I was able to sit down with my teacher and go through everything with him. It was a space of non-judgement, a space where you could cry, laugh and scream. I have not experienced anything like that. Only with my own mother.

The weekly sharing in class were amazing. You could put your hand up and share how your week was, how your challenges went, and how you generally were, without judgement. You understood that everyone was travelling the same. You were NEVER alone.

	What did not work well?

I have been contemplating about this question. I cannot say nothing did not work well.

What would you like to see in future programs?

A program that is available all over the world. It would begin with cities, then states. I never knew this kind of program existed. Everything I experienced is something that I would love to give to someone as a gift. I would love the awareness of the program be created. When I speak of the program, I have friends who would love to sign up. This program is unique. This program has made a difference to my life.

I would like to see more opportunities of a session of an introduction of the program. This allows people to meet the teacher and the students who completed the program. It the experience of the people, not the program. It is the experience of being in a non-judgement, open and free space. Talking about the program will do nothing.

In saying that, workshops could be held. Workshops that a shortened version of the Warrior Being Program and if those who want to continue can.

Will you be recommending this program to anyone? If so, who?

Simply put, people who want to make that difference within themselves/ others or the world. People of all ages, religions, sex and culture.

I would recommended this program to anyone that is interested in having a fulfilling, enriching life filled with courage, love, respect and honour. Or anyone who has the tiniest incline to find themselves. This program is not a program but a journey. A journey that when you sign up, you will be continuing it once it has completed. This program will stay with me forever, the connections, the breakthroughs, the breakdowns but most importantly my fellow students and teacher. They will always have a special place in my heart.
